In order to achieve this goal, we define the coming year as "the Year of Quality Improvement" and focus on the quality improvement of the following production links:
1 Raw material procurement and quality control:
We will strengthen the screening and review of raw material suppliers to ensure that the purchased raw materials meet our standards and requirements. At the same time, we will strengthen cooperation with suppliers and establish long-term cooperative relationships to ensure stable raw material quality. We will also implement stricter raw material inspection measures to ensure that only qualified raw materials can enter the production process.
2 Production process optimization:
We will conduct a full production process assessment and look for opportunities for improvement. By optimizing production processes and eliminating bottlenecks and waste in production, we will increase efficiency and product quality. We will also introduce advanced production technology and equipment to improve the automation level of the production line（not only for the rotary actuator but also for final drive, hydraulic cylinder etc.) and reduce the possibility of human error.
3 Quality control and testing:
We will strengthen quality control measures to ensure that every production link meets the standards we set. We will implement strict quality inspection procedures, including raw material inspection, semi-finished product inspection, and final product inspection. We will establish a complete quality recording system to track and record the quality data of each product so that problems can be found in time and corrective measures can be taken. Establish a warehouse for defective products to be inspected, and any unqualified products will no longer appear in the market.
4 Staff training and participation:
