1. The abnormal sound of the helical hydraulic rotary actuator:
1.1 Continuous abnormal sound;
1.2 Intermittent abnormal sound.
2. Causes of abnormal noise in the helical hydraulic rotary actuator:
2.1 The parts with thrust washers or thrust bearings are not sufficiently lubricated;
2.2 Hard foreign objects enter the inside of the rotary actuator.
3. Solution to the abnormal noise of the helical hydraulic rotary actuator:
3.1 Add butter from the grease nozzle to the oil discharge nozzle, and there is continuous butter overflow; if the abnormal noise cannot be reduced after adding butter, the oil cylinder needs to be disassembled. Verify that the thrust washers or bearings are functioning properly. Do not let the rotary actuator continue to work with abnormal noise.

After the rotary actuator has been used for a period of time, maintenance must be performed, that is butter adding. It is recommended to refill once every six months for normal use, and for frequent use it is recommended to refill every shift.
5. Precautions for abnormal noise of helical hydraulic rotary actuator:
After the rotary actuator makes abnormal noise, it is necessary to investigate the symptoms and do not continue to use it. Otherwise, it will cause more problems. Especially after impurities enter the rotary actuator, it is most likely to be a problem with the filtration of the hydraulic system. If continued to be used, the impact on the entire hydraulic system will be catastrophic.
